The aluminum body is hard-coat finished on every surface — the same treatment used on aerospace components exposed to harsh conditions. It resists scratches, resists corrosion, and handles the knocks of real job site use without losing dimensional precision. This is not consumer-grade aluminum. It's engineered to outlast the environments it works in.
Pick the tonnage your job needs.
10 Ton — Net weight 1.4kg. Closed height 142mm. The one you grab when space is tight, and weight matters most.
20 Ton — Net weight 2.8kg. Closed height 162mm. Handles the majority of industrial lifting and maintenance tasks. The most versatile option in the range.
30 Ton — Net weight 4.8kg. Closed height 172mm. Maximum output while still being genuinely portable. For loads that mean business.
All three deliver the same 50mm stroke, the same ZG 3/8" connector, and the same operating experience. Stepping up in tonnage doesn't mean learning a different tool.

Composite bearings inside the cylinder prevent metal-to-metal contact between moving parts — which means no binding, no hesitation, and no jamming mid-lift even under full load. The high-strength return spring pulls the plunger back quickly after pressure release, so you spend less time waiting between cycles and more time getting work done.
Built-in protection that works silently in the background.
The integral stop ring prevents the plunger from over-extending — mechanically, not electrically. Even if the pump pressure continues after full stroke, the stop ring absorbs it. The floating center tube keeps the seals in optimal contact throughout the stroke, extending seal life significantly compared to conventional fixed-tube designs. The steel base plate and saddle take the direct load contact forces, so the aluminum body doesn't have to.
These aren't features you'll notice during a normal lift. You'll notice them when a less well-built cylinder starts leaking, jamming, or deforming after six months of heavy use — and this one hasn't.
The connector is clean. Keep it that way.
ZG 3/8" quick connector with dust cap included on every model. Keep the cap on when the cylinder isn't connected. Dirt in the hydraulic port is the number one cause of premature seal failure. The cap costs nothing to use. Ignoring it costs you a cylinder.
One thing to check before every lift.
Place the cylinder on solid, stable, level ground. Concrete or steel plate preferred. Soft or uneven ground lets the cylinder shift under load — and a shifting cylinder under 10, 20, or 30 tons of force is dangerous regardless of how well the cylinder itself is built. The cylinder does its job when you set it up correctly.

For 10T and 20T at normal cycle rates, a manual pump works well. For 30T or high-frequency work, use an electric pump. Either way, make sure the pump's rated pressure matches the cylinder's 700 Bar working pressure.
