Both models share the same robust SB series construction — shockproof pressure gauge, pressure rod, pressure reducing valve, high/low-pressure switching valve, and steel plate housing. The only difference is the pressure ceiling. Pick the one your system actually needs.
The gauge reads clearly. Even when conditions don't.
The shockproof pressure gauge is built to hold a stable reading through vibration and movement. The dial gives you a direct, unambiguous pressure reading at every point in the test. For reference, normal tap water runs at 0.3 MPa — 0.1 MPa, which equals approximately 1 kg of pressure. You always know exactly where your system stands.
High/low pressure switching is built in.
The integrated high and low-pressure switching valve lets you control the rate of pressure build-up without disconnecting anything. Ramp up slowly for sensitive systems. Build fast when speed matters. One valve, both modes, no extra hardware.
A handle that holds up under real use.
The ergonomic handle uses a thickened reinforced design — strong structure, comfortable grip, and significantly lower risk of breakage compared to standard handle designs. The entire housing is constructed from thickened high-quality steel plate forging — not sheet metal, not plastic. Resistant to deformation under pressure and impact. The internal components stay protected whether the pump is being used on a construction site or stored in a tool truck between jobs.
Four steps to a correct setup. Don't skip the order.
Lock the pump body into the water tank first. Cover the water inlet pipe and filter tightly to prevent leaks. Install the hose union last — installing it earlier risks damaging the high-pressure hose. Align the pressure relief hole with the drain hole on the water tank before operating. Follow the sequence, and the test runs cleanly every time.
The pressure relief valve keeps the system safe.
When the test is complete or pressure needs to be reduced, the pressure relief valve releases in a controlled manner. The relief hole must be aligned with the tank drain hole before operation — this is the one alignment step that determines whether pressure releases safely or creates a mess.
