READ MOREThis is what a serious hand pump looks like.
Most hand pumps are built for occasional use. This one is built for operations that run all day. With an oil tank ranging from 7L to 21L — far larger than standard manual pumps — the CP-150 series was designed from the start for high-cycle, continuous work where stopping to refill is not an option.
Double acting. 70 MPa. Up to 21 liters of hydraulic oil on board. Ready when you are.
Two directions. Full pressure. Zero manual reset.
Single acting pumps make you release pressure manually before the next cycle. This double acting pump pressurizes on both the advance and return stroke — your tool extends and retracts under full hydraulic power every single time. On crimping machines, steel bar benders, channel steel cutters, punching machines, and jacks, that difference in cycle time adds up fast across a full day of work.
The pressure builds in two stages — automatically.
Low-pressure stage: 13cc per stroke for fast travel. High-pressure stage: 2.3cc per stroke at up to 70 MPa for the heavy work. No manual switching. The pump reads the load and transitions on its own. You just keep pumping.
The relief valve is pull-up, push-down. That's it.
Pull up to pressurize. Pull down to release. The manual pressure relief valve controls both oil output and oil return with a single motion. Direct, mechanical, instant. No rotation, no hunting for the right position — just up for pressure, down to release.
You can see exactly how much oil is left. Always.
The visual oil window gives you a real-time read on hydraulic fluid level without opening anything. When refilling, keep the level above the halfway mark on the window. Always filter new oil through a screen of 80 mesh or finer before adding — this single habit prevents the majority of pump wear issues. Oil change every three months keeps the pump running cleanly long-term.
The tank ships empty. Fill it before you start.
No hydraulic oil is included — regulations prohibit oil during shipping. Standard 15#–46# anti-wear hydraulic oil works perfectly and is available at any automotive parts store. Fill above the oil window line before first use.
A handle that holds up for the whole shift.
PVC rubberized ergonomic grip. Secure in dry, oily, or wet conditions. Designed for extended pumping sessions — not just a few strokes. When your work involves dozens of cycles back to back, the handle design matters more than most people realize until they've used a bad one.
Dust cap included. Your connector stays clean.
The connector comes fitted with a dust cap as standard. Keep it on whenever the pump isn't connected to a tool. Contamination in the hydraulic connector is one of the most common causes of premature seal wear — the cap costs nothing to use and extends service life significantly.
