The shockproof pressure gauge is built in as standard — not an optional add-on. The oil tank is seamless. That matters more than it sounds.
The oil tank is made from seamless pipe — no welded seams, no weak points, no potential leak paths under repeated pressure cycling. It's a construction detail that most manufacturers cut corners on. This one didn't.

The pump tail is fitted with a base, so the CP-600 stands upright and stable on its own without needing to be held or propped. When you need both hands on the tool, the pump stays exactly where you put it.

The pump plunger is cylindrical-ground to tight tolerances for a smooth, consistent fit in the cylinder. Heat-treated for high hardness. The result is a plunger that doesn't wear unevenly, doesn't develop slop over time, and maintains its sealing performance through a long service life.
Relief valve: clockwise on, counterclockwise off.
Tighten clockwise when working to direct oil into the tool. Unscrew counterclockwise to release pressure and return oil. Consistent, mechanical, exactly the same every cycle. No surprises.

Like the rest of the CP series, the CP-600 ships with 1.2 meters of hydraulic tubing included. Enough reach to keep the pump in a stable, comfortable position while you work. When the oil needs topping up, loosen the tail screw — no disassembly required.
