READ MOREPush and pull. No reset. No waiting.
Most hand pumps only work in one direction — you pump to extend, then manually release to retract. This double-acting hydraulic pump pressurizes on both the forward and return stroke, driving your tool in both directions under full hydraulic control. Faster cycles. Less effort. More work is done in the same amount of time.
700 bars in both directions. Every stroke counts.
Whether you're crimping, bending steel bar, cutting channel steel, punching, or jacking — this pump delivers up to 700 Bar (10,000 PSI) on both the advance and return stroke. High-pressure output at 2.26cc per stroke. Low-pressure fast travel at 12.26cc per stroke. The two-stage system reads your load automatically and shifts between speed and force without any input from you.
The relief valve does two jobs with one motion.
Rotate forward to pressurize and direct oil into the tool. Rotate back to release pressure and return the oil. That's the entire operating sequence for this pump. The manual relief valve gives you direct mechanical control over both oil intake and oil return in a single adjustment — no separate switches, no secondary valves to manage.
3000cc oil tank. Built for jobs that don't stop.
At 3000cc capacity, this pump carries enough hydraulic oil to run extended work cycles without stopping to refill. When you're running back-to-back operations on a job site — multiple crimps, multiple bends, multiple cuts — the last thing you want is to pause for oil. This tank size was chosen specifically so that doesn't happen.
One step before you start. Don't skip it.
Unscrew the bleed nut on the air bleed valve before you begin pumping. This prevents the oil tank from sealing and allows pressure to build correctly. Screw it back after work. Simple habit — makes every session run smoothly from the first stroke.
A handle designed for the long haul.
The ergonomic PVC rubberized lagging handle keeps your grip secure whether your hands are dry, oily, or wet. Designed for full-shift use — not just a few strokes. The movable handle design gives you leverage control so you can adjust your pumping force naturally based on the resistance you're feeling.
Precision-machined. Sealed tight. No surprises.
The pump cylinder surface is precision-machined to a smooth finish for consistent sealing performance under repeated high-pressure cycling. No oil leakage. No pressure drop between strokes. The build quality you notice not on the first job, but on the hundredth.
