The hollow center is the point.
This isn't just a standard cylinder with a hole in it. The hollow plunger design lets you pass cables, rods, bolts, or alignment tools straight through the center of the cylinder while it's under load. That capability opens up entire categories of work — tensioning, alignment, through-bolt applications — that a solid plunger simply cannot do. Same footprint. Significantly more versatile.

20 Ton — Precision lifting for medium-weight structural components, equipment positioning, and industrial assembly work. Closed height 152mm, outer diameter 98mm.
30 Ton — The balanced option. More force without significantly larger dimensions. Closed height 172mm, outer diameter 113mm. Built from 20#/45# steel for heavy-duty durability.
60 Ton — When the load is serious. Full 60-ton output across the entire 50mm stroke with no power loss. Closed height 190mm, outer diameter 158mm.

The cylinder body is precision-machined to a smooth finish with clear circular ring markings. The smooth surface isn't cosmetic — it's functional. It maintains consistent sealing contact throughout the stroke, prevents uneven wear on the cylinder wall, and ensures the load sits firmly without lateral movement. The ring markings give you a visual reference for stroke position during operation.

The NPT 3/8" male coupler connects directly to any compatible manual or electric hydraulic pump — no adapters, no modifications. The dust cap stays on when the cylinder isn't in use, keeping the hydraulic port clean between jobs. On a job site where cylinders get set down in dirt and debris between lifts, that cap is the difference between a port that works and one that doesn't.
One rule before every lift. Don't ignore it.
Always place this cylinder on a firm, solid, level surface before applying a load. Sand, soil, loose gravel, or unstable ground will cause the cylinder to shift under pressure — and a shifting cylinder under 20, 30, or 60 tons of load is a serious hazard. Concrete, steel plate, or compacted hard surface only. Non-negotiable.
The pump is not included. Here's how to choose one.
This cylinder requires an external hydraulic power source. For 20T and 30T applications, a manual hydraulic pump provides sufficient pressure for most use cases. For 60T loads or high-cycle applications, an electric hydraulic pump is the practical choice. The cylinder is compatible with both — select based on your workload, not the cylinder spec.
