Product Description
The EP-510 integrated hydraulic crimping tool is a semi-automatic solution designed for copper and aluminum terminals, with a crimping range of 50–400mm². Its C-shaped head and 180° rotatable clamp allow easy insertion and removal of terminals, providing flexible operation even in confined spaces.
Equipped with a built-in safety device and shockproof pressure gauge, the EP-510 ensures operational safety and reliable readings during vibration-prone work environments. The semi-automatic pressure relief and quick reset features make operation fast and simple, reducing operator fatigue and improving efficiency.
The high-quality steel construction of the C-shaped head and replaceable molds ensures firm and precise crimps. The insulated operating handle withstands up to 20kV for 5 minutes, making it suitable for high-voltage work. The upper mold can be replaced by pulling the latch, while the lower mold is easily replaced directly, providing versatility for different terminal sizes.
With a maximum pressure of 13T and standard crimp sizes from 50mm² to 400mm², the EP-510 is ideal for industrial, power, chemical, steel, and machinery applications, providing a reliable hydraulic crimping solution for electricians, technicians, and industrial operators.
